TARA SHARMA LOSES A ROLE TO MINISSHA LAMBA !!!!

Like someone has said that if you want to gain something, you ought to have lose something. This saying goes well with very cute looking Bollywood actress Tara Sharma. Tara was reportedly a part of the upcoming project of the director Rensil D'Silva on Terrorism. This movie includes a star cast of Saif Ali Khan, Kareena Kapoor, Vivek Oberoi. However, Tara is pregnant with her first child with her hubby Roopak Saluja whom she married on November 2007.

Tara immidiately reported this to producer of movie Karan Johar, and she was immidiately replaced by Minissha Lamba, who recently acted in KIDNAP. Well, lets just hope Minissha keeps up with director's hopes and does not disappoint the viewers.

Yeah you have heard it right Jiah Khan is feeling heavy these days for she is dancing in her next movie of Ken Ghosh titled 'YAHOO'. She is portraying a role of dancer in this film. Jiah had promised viewers to watch her JLo dance act in her movie 'GHAJINI' which was a blockbuster for end of 2008, but her dance in Ghajini was a blink and a miss act and to be very clear farway from a JLo act.

Well in her forthcoming movie, famous designer Rick Roy has designed a 15 kgs dress for a dance sequence for Jiah in YAHOO.....We guys just hope that you don't disappoint us this time atleast....Watsay Jiah..ready to make us LATOOOOOOOOO...!!!!!!

Geri Halliwell is dating a Italian Tycoon!!!!

Yeah..you heard it right, Geri Halliwell is dating an Italian Tycoon. The former Spice Girls star, who earlier dated the superstud romantic singer Robbie Williams. She later on was also known to be dating with the hilarious British comic star David Williams. The current news around the globe is that she is at present dating with the multi- millionaire business tycoon Fabrizio Politi.

She met Fabrizio Politi at a club in Italy last month, a little after she parted ways with the club owner Nick House. If sources are to be believed, its saud that they have started off really well. Geri herself can't believe how did they get off so well. Its also said that Fabrizio is going great with geri's 2- year old daughter Bluebell. He was seen pushing Bluebell's push-chair, with so very kind hearted, showing his affection towards Geri's family.

The couple was pictured having coffee in Paris last week. It was also claimed, that they were even seen strolling around a London park at the weekend. Fabrizio is known to run a luxury Yatch buliding company.

We must admire her guts, for she is going to act with super flop Bollywood hunks, Uday Chopra and Dino Morea; after creating huge success in Fashion & Dostana.

It is clearly seen that this movie is produced by the home production house "Yashraj Films" to re-launch Uday Chopra, the Chopra family's soul actor. Dino Morea is said to be playing Priyanka’s love interest after previously working with her in a similar character for the film "Aap ki Khatir" which heavily flopped at the box-office.

As per my information, ‘Pyaar Impossible’ is said to be inspired from superhit Hollywood movie ‘Notting Hill’ which starred Julia Roberts and Hugh Grant in the lead. Here, the role of Hugh Grant, a humble bookshop owner, is going to be played by Uday Chopra, who actually starts creating love inrests for him in Priyanka's mind. The movie is set off floor in February this year.

MUGDHA GODSE ON HOMELESS VACATION?

Mugdha Godse is homeless these days and is staying at each of her friends place for a day. Before you guys make your own conclusions let me clear that, she has not been thrown out for some bizarre reason. It is just that the FAHION actress, who has just tasted success with has decided to fashion up her house a bit and has workers decorating her entire house for her.

Initially, Mugdha had thoughts of moving into a 5 star hotel to spend some days , her friends resisted her to do so arguing even if her family was in Pune, she was to treat their homes as her home.

So, for at least next 15 days, Mugdha with her all her suitcases in her car is living life hippie style , making her pit-stops at each friend’s house for a day. That’s a foreign lifestyle in India!

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences has confirmed that Hugh Jackman will host the 81st Annual Academy Awards.

Hugh Jackman is not a stranger to the Oscar stage. He was honoured with the 2004 Best Actor Tony Award for "The Boy From Oz" & In 2005, he won an Emmy for hosting 2004's Tony Awards.

Let's just see how he copes up with hosting Oscars.....keep on dreaming gals.....

Well look whose getting into Rehab center this days..its none other than Ms. Tara Reid herself.
The 'American Pie' actress has got herself into Promises Treatment Center.
"We appreciate your respect to her and her family's privacy at this time", said the actress's rep,Jack Ketsoyan.

A friend of her also said,"Her friends and family are supportive of her decision. She checked in herself – it was her decision."

On conforming with Tara herself she accepted the fact and said, “No. I’ve done it. Trust me. I’ve done enough for a lifetime of everything. I’ve had a great time. I partied. I had fun. I ate and drank whatever. I dated a million guys, but I’m so happy with where I’m at right now. I don’t need to do anything anymore.”

BIG B's an angry man these days...

Amitabh Bachchan, the SHAHENSHAH of Bollywood is an angry man these days...You know why?

Post the Mumbai's terror attack , when BigB started to work again, he wanted to live alone on sets. And what added to more of his fury was the presence of media on sets of his film.

What did Big B do on this?....Instead of creating tantrums on sets, he preferred sitting in his vanity van and locked himsef up untill all the television channels wouldn't leave the arena. Apparently, Mr.Bachchan was quite disturbed by the attack on his home city and was in no mood to comment on this issue or express his opinions at this moment. As he thought that doing so would take away from the real issues....So its best to leave him alone for a bit....Fine BigB your wish my command...!

Aamchi MUMBAI safer than PAKISTAN....

Don,t get angry on me, this is not what i believe or I comented, but were the words said by Miss UK Lisa Lazarus in an interview.

"Mumbai is safe, I woudn,t go to Pakistan", said Miss Liza Lazarus who is here to debut in Bollywood opposite the hunk of India, Salman Khan. The Welsh beauty who stepped into Mumbai this Wednesday to make her Bollywood debut opposite Salman Khan in Vijay Gilani's "VEER", had no second thoughts while coming to terror stricken Mumbai. Instead she feels that mumbai people are very hepful and she was very delighted to see Mumbai crowd coming down on roads and protest rallies against Terrorism and corrupt Politicians.

In fact Lisa was about to come to India on 26/11 itself when mumbai was attacked but coudnt make after seeind the news on T.V.. These were her Comments about it, " I was actually coming to Mumbai on 26/11 itself, but when i got to know that Mumbai was attacked i postponed my plans. I came to know about it, as it tueday morning over in London and my flight was scheduled in evening. I and my boyfriend didn't cancelled our plans of visiting Mumbai, for we just waited things to settle down. In fact I and my boyfriend were interested to take part in the rallies and show our support to those who lost their lives in the attack. I just want to know if there are any other rallies here after to take place in Mumbai, where I may show my solidarity. Terror is something that has to be unitedly eradicated from our world.Its a GLOBAL ISSUE. It doent understand religion, caste, humanity, its barbaric and unthinking."

She intends greeting her hero with a namastey and asking him, "Kaise hai aap?" for which she has been taking Hindi lessons. "I saw his pictures. He' so good looking," she blushes away saying this, then quickly added ," but I also love Aamir Khan. I think these guys are Brad Pitt Of India."

Ashish Chowdary in grief these days....

Although the terrorists have been totally flushed out of Mumbai, but with them Mumbai has suffered a huge loss in private properties as well as human losses. It has been found that a total of 130 deaths has been claimed and over 300 injured. Well of these 130 dead innocent people, the unfortunate sister and brother-in-law of the bollywood actor Ashish Chowdhary has also lost their lives in this terror strike.

On 26th November , when all things were going fine two fully armed terrorists attacked and hijacked Trident hotel (then OBEROI HOTEL).. and in this terror strike both of them were shot dead by the terrorists. Ashish could not control his emotions when he got to know about thier death. He was allowed to see their dead bodies yesterday evening when Oberoi mission was accomplished. Ashish broke down to tears on seeing his closed ones dead and quickly got into his car and drove way to home.

We can understand your pain Ashish , but we have to be strong to fight these terrors...Hope their soul live in peace....

Himesh Reshammiya declined A.R.Rehman's offer...

Recently i got to know that the very talented music composer, director, singer Mr.A.R.Rehman has composed a song for a film, to which he thought that the famous nasal singer Himesh Reshammiya (HR) would be an apt choice for the song, so he approached HR to sing that song.

On the contrary, you wont believe but HR declined this offer since he has already made a strong policy of singing songs which belongs to a movie in which he is (TRYNG) acting. Well he respectfully declined A.R.Rehman's offer but instead HR has some other plans in his minds.HR asked to compose few songs in HR's forthcoming movies, since he is an avid fan of Mr.Rehman. Lets see if Mr. Rehman accepts his offer and acclaims a superhit song for a Himesh Reshammiya movie...whoz interested aftr all to watch him...

Salman weeps about his recent spat with his old pal--SRK...

Though Shahrukh many times spoke about his spat which took place at Katrina’s birthday bash, Salman has hardly spoken in media. Like King Khan, Salman was also hurt for loosing a close and old friend like him. Salman was uninvited at SRK’s birthday but his family graces the occasion. While speaking to media about the fight, he was in tears.

When asked what he thinks about his family participating Shahrukh’s party, he remarked, "If they want to participate in SRK’s family events they are more than welcome to do that. But don’t you think that it’s a kind of a joke that from one side it’s straight from the heart one family and from one family it’s straight from the brain? Oh yeh Salman ke behalf pe aa rahe hai so he (Salman) looks like a fool. Yeh sabko bulaya gaya, yeh sab aayenge, they are all here, so Salman must be wrong. Because my family is socializing at SRK’s family events!"

Salman then went onto state that it was Shahrukh who told the media about their little disagreement. "As soon as Shahrukh left the party, he started calling up the media! I didn’t speak till one week after the fight because he was trying to put me in the middle of something which is not cool from any angle! That is the time I stood up and started speaking. There is no reason for disrespect. Everybody messes up. I have messed up also not once but so many times, without any malice, any manipulation or agenda. If things go wrong between two buddies we say 'okay buddy let’s hang out together and sort it out' but if you are going to mess up and disrespect me then forget it,” said a tearful Salman.

Taare Zameen Par is India's official entry to the Oscars

The verdict is finally out. Aamir Khan's directorial debut Taare Zameen Par, which won the hearts of audiences world over, has been selected as India's official entry to the Oscars.

The heartwarming story of a dyslexic child (portrayed by Darsheel Safary) and his supportive teacher (played by Aamir himself) was both a critical and commercial success. Taare Zameen Par edged out competition such as Jodhaa Akbar and A Wednesday to be chosen as India's official entry to the prestigious Academy awards.

Last time around Aamir Khan Productions' Lagaan made it to the Final 5 nominated films in the Best Foreign Film category. Now producer-director Aamir Khan would be hoping that Taare Zameen Par not just finds a nomination in the Top 5, but also bags the coveted trophy.

Punjab Government files case against SRK for smoking!!!

It seems like the stars are not shining brightly on SRK as they used to do once upon a time, first his ugly spat with Sallu and now it’s Punjab Government’s turn to take on the Bollywood Badshah.

According to reports, SRK was shooting for Yash Raj’s Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi in Punjab and being a chain smoker he smoked in the location, Khalsa College which is taken care by the Sikh Community. The Punjab Government got furious when they got to know that SRK smoked in a public place and has decided to file a case against him.

No Abhimaan Remake With Abhi-Ash!!!!

Just recently there was stories of Abhimaan being remade by Rajeev Menon with Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai in the lead. But the latest update on the issue is that there is no remake of Abhimaan going to be made.

Pawan Kumar the original producer of Abhimaan said,

“I was surprised with the news that was carried in the tabloid. I was never approached by Rajeev Menon for any such remake of my film. Atleast the reporter who had carried this news should have tried to confirm it with me.

I have no plans to sell the rights of my film. I am in fact planning to make the film myself. I have started my work on creating a set up for the same. I am sure the remake will work even in today’s times because the subject of the film is relevant even today.

I have not approached any big star right now because the script of this remake is being worked upon.”

Kangana to go bald for 1crore?..gimme a break..

Kangana Ranaut is in a fix these days, she has been offered a great offer, which includes a challenging role and loads of money, but the only problem is that the hot girl has been asked to go bald for the role.

A source reveals. “A prominent Tamil production house has approached Kangana with a highest ever offered price to her till date in her career in the film industry. Their only condition is that she should feature in this action thriller film in a bald state for a few scenes.”

“Kangana hasn’t given her nod to the role yet. But she is definitely considering giving it a go ahead. Not just for the price, but the role is a very challenging one. It’s a totally different role from what she has been doing in Bollywood till date.”

“Kangana is known to accepting challenges and one might see her signing on the dotted line soon.”

It can be remembered that there are very few actresses like Nandita Das and Shabana Azmi who had agreed to chop their tresses for movie. Lets see if Kangana falls for the money.

Fatwa against Sallu’s family!!!!

I guess stars for both Sallu and SRK are not shining on them after they had an ugly fight. This time religious Islamic clerics have targeted Sallu and his family for celebrating Ganesh utsav.

Mufti Manjar Hassan Khan Ashrafi Misbahi, chief of Darul-Uloom Hijaziya Chishti issued a fatwa against Sallu and his family and requested everybody to boycott the Khan family. The reason is Khan family celebrates Ganesh utsav every year but this time they celebrated it with much pomp and fair, the family was also telecast live performing the aarti.

Meanwhile, Salman’s father Salim Khan is furious by the fatwa and asks, “What is the locus standi of these people? Who are they to question people’s religious beliefs? Why don’t they issue such a ‘fatwa’ against terrorists and terrorism, which is un-Islamic? The clerics are talking nonsense.”

Sayali Bhagat dating Shoaib Malik

Former Miss India and Bollywood actress Sayali Bhagat is dating Pakistani cricket captain Shoaib Malik. Recently, they were caught by the media when they checked into a beauty parlour in the South city hotel, Mumbai.

Sayali, who is hoping to keep their relationship under wraps, says that both of them are trying to know each other. Talking about the rumours of Shoaib's marriage with a Hyderabadi girl, she says "This was a marriage proposal that he said no to. Those allegations have been legally proved baseless. Shoaib was always single!"

Sayali says that they have met each other at a store opening in Delhi this year. But their distance made them communicate each other through email and phone calls. He has also been making special trips just for her.

"I am in love, I guess," Sayali says.

When asked about the religion, she says that it will not be an issue. But Sayali is afraid that their romance might face political interference. She continues and says that both of them will stick to their respective field film and cricket.
